Plain answer, no legalese: here is what this site collects, where it goes, and what Meta receives.
What you give us
When you apply for a suite you tell us your name, business name, email address, and how many paying clients you have today. That is all the form asks. If you arrived from an ad, the link also carries a click ID and campaign tags; those are saved alongside your application so we know which ad brought you here.
Where it goes
Your application is stored in our own database, where only our staff accounts can read it. It is emailed to the two people who read applications, so they can reply to you. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else for their own marketing.
Ad measurement
We measure which ads produce applications. Two things do that: a script from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) loads on this site, and our server separately reports each application to Meta's Conversions API. What Meta receives is your email address as a one-way fingerprint — a hash, which cannot be turned back into an address on their side — plus browser and click identifiers that link the event to an ad you saw. No name, no business name, and no dollar value goes with it.
Europe, the UK and Switzerland
Visitors in those places are not asked to accept anything, and are not tracked at all. The site checks which country you are in when you arrive. If that is one where ad tracking needs your permission first — or if the check cannot tell — Meta's script never loads, no identifiers are sent, and your application is reported to no one but us. The same applies whenever the check fails or comes back unclear.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept while they are live — while we are answering you, touring you, or holding you on the list for the next opening. Tell us to delete yours and it is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your application or tell you exactly what we hold. Your browser can also clear the ad cookies Meta sets, and Meta's own settings let you limit how your data is used for ads.
